Director of Finance

The Inland Valley Development Agency (IVDA) is seeking a Director of Finance. The position reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for the administration of accounting, human resources, and risk management activities for the IVDA, the San Bernardino International Airport Authority (SBIAA), and the San Bernardino International Airport, Inc. (SBD).

The ideal candidate for this unique opportunity will be an experienced manager with a least four (4) years in a government or a non-profit agency. An MBA or MPA, and/or CPA or CIA certificates are desirable. The position supervises a professional staff, works closely with various boards, and represents the IVDA in a wide range of financial and operational matters.

Deputy Director for Aviation

The San Bernardino International Airport Authority (SBIAA) is seeking a Deputy Director for Aviation. The position reports to the Executive Director of the San Bernardino International Airport Authority and the Inland Valley Development Agency and is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and supervising the San Bernardino International Airport in accordance with established federal, state, and local regulations and policies. The Deputy Director provides consultation to executive management, administration, commission, boards and stakeholders of the SBIAA and the San Bernardino International Airport, Inc. (SBD).

The ideal candidate for this unique opportunity will be a proven executive with at least five (5) years experience in airport management at a commercial service airport. Accreditation by the American Association of Airport Executives and a Master's Degree preferred. The position supervises a professional staff, works closely with various boards, and represents the SBIAA in a wide range of aviation planning and operational matters.

Property Manager

The Inland Valley Development Agency (IVDA) is seeking a Property Manager. The position reports to the Deputy Director - Development, Properties, and Capital Projects and to the Executive Director. The position is responsible for IVDA functions related to property management (leases, licenses, third party insurance, building/property inspections, maintenance scheduling, utility bills, janitorial, common area, and landscape maintenance). Major responsibilities include contract administration as well as the maintenance of rental records, property management schedules, compliance schedules, and periodic internal and external reports.

The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced property manager with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or coursework equivalent to a major in real estate management, plus four (4) years experience as a manager or second level supervisor of a related function. Certified Property Manager (CPM) credential or possession of a Salesperson or Broker's License is desirable.

Salary, depending on experience and qualifications, will be in the fifty to seventy thousand dollar range and supplemented by a competitive benefits package.
